You can monitor a site every minute if you want, and the diffs are carefully tracked. Because it is on my phone I receive a notification wherever I am.

Thank you for this info! I’ve been using http://www.ChangeDetection.com/ for more than 10 years, but http://www.WatchThatPage.com/ and http://www.FollowThatPage.com/ look good, too.

I use Femtoo.com for tracking web page changes, a very nice site, simple to use and free!
