I am currently the Director of Emerging Technologies for Libraries & Cultural Resources at the University of Calgary, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Previously at the UofC: Research Librarian for Data Analytics (2016-2024), Public Services Systems Librarian (aka webmaster) (2007-2016), Distance Education Librarian (2001–2007). Prior to moving to Canada I worked for 4 years as the Electronic Reference Librarian, then Document Delivery Librarian at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and started my career in Collection Development and Reference Services at Christopher Newport University, in Newport News, VA.
